Legal Framework
» The applicant will receive the DS 2019 form to obtain the J1 visa at the US Consulate. This visa enables the student to work legally and temporarily.
Salaries and Housing
Salaries are generally from U$S 8 to U$S 12/hour depending on the employer and position.
Housing may vary according to the location and the employer. It may be provided by the company at a reduced fee or, in
some cases, employers provide assistance to the participant to find his / her own housing.

Program Fees
Program fees are between U$S 1.500 and U$S 2.700 depending on the program duration and the visa sponsor.
Those fees incluye the DS-2019 Paperwork process for J-1 Visa documentation, health insurance, support from SQT staff .
The Program does not include :
